I seem to start a new diet every Monday, every 1st of the month, every New Year, every freaking day.....and still no results. URGHHHHHH....
I was thrilled when you started this space. I hope other will inspire me with THEIR success stories.
My goals:
I want to look good in a pair of jeans that don't have elastic in the waist.
I never want an elderly lady to rub my tummy and gleefully ask: when the baby is due again! (I am in my mid 40's so perhaps could take it as a nod to my youthful look, ;), rather than a slam!)
I want to eat a piece of cake or a cookie without justifying it to every one in the room and myself as well.
I want to eat to live, not live to eat.
I want to add exercise to my life....without hating it :)

I have struggled with eating habits and weight most of my teen and adult life. Never getting really overweight, but certainly being above a healthy weight and having poor eating habits. Now that my 4th and final baby is 1, I want to shed the last of the baby weight, live a healthier lifestyle, model better eating habits to my girls, and feel comfortable in my clothes and skin! I have about 10 lbs to lose to be pre-pregnancy, so I want to lose between 10 and 20 lbs in total. That's it for goals here!!
