Hey Pat,
I don't know what the heck I'm doing! Never done something like this before. Why is Julie's picture under my name?
I'll have to get my son to show me how to put my picture on here.
Hope you have a great weekend.

that is awesome! I'm a lifetime WW member NOT at goal. I'm about 56 pounds over my WW goal but I'd be absolutely thrilled with 35 pounds lost. It's amazing how well you are doing. Awesome work, and as you say it comes off one pound at a time so no need to worry about the goal until it's the last pound..... 100+ pounds in 11 months. Wow. I'll be your attentive student if you'll have me! I'd love recipes. I can get fat free cream cheese but not cheddar or other hard cheeses. I can get fat free cheese slices. The soy stuff has quite a high fat content so I don't think it's core. Not sure though.
Thanks so much.
Hey, does the stuff we post here show for everyone or just you? (not that I'm going to say anything nasty..... just curious!!) :)

AWESOME!
What have you found for cheese in Canada that is core? Anything? How about meat substitutes? Any you could recommend? I have spent quite a bit of $ throwing out yucky soy stuff...... now I'm too intimidated to try it even though people say it's changed a lot over the years. :)
I really struggle with the "feeling of fullness" that you need to tap into with core. I'm an emotional eater and find that my shut off valve is not working properly when I am tired or emotional. How have you successfully coped with this? (feel free to tell me I ask too many questions :))

Rescue dogs are the absolute BEST. If I had a yard instead of a small green area ;) I'd have a big fluff ball dog from the pound too. For now I have a bratty pug who thankfully can't leap high enough to make it to the kitchen cupboard.
Congratulations on your weight loss! Is this a personal journey or do you belong to some kind of support group? I've attended TOPS for a number of years and have 'hit the wall'. I'm looking back to try and figure out what it was that worked for me in the past...... still searching!

What kind of dog do you have? My pug is turning 3 on Thanksgiving. How silly he gets the big birthday party hey?
