I spent last Thanksgiving with Julie and her family in Calgary. Julie's mom, Meg, is my best friend from childhood; she was my neighbour in Windsor so we've been friends for 61 years! My 60th was on Thanksgiving last year and so Meg had her family and some of my friends who live in Calgary for a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner. My e-mail is iblvnu@jet2.net

I get many other products as well. I am very blessed that in the 11 months, I have had no desire to eat junk food, or high caloried items. I am satisfied with the core foods, so seldom do I use all of my extra 35 points. I still have 100 points to lose....all from below the waist to my knees, but I am determined to do it one pound at a time. I'd gladly share my favourite recipes with you.
